This article will help you fix your Opensea not working issue in Chrome by following these six fixes.

The “e startswith is not a function opensea” is an error that has been present for a while. Google has released 6 fixes to fix the issue.

Opensea is a great NFT platform, and Chrome is a great browser, but they don’t always get along. People have recently expressed dissatisfaction with Opensea’s performance on Chrome, particularly on Mac.

We’ve covered what may be causing Opensea to stop working on Chrome, as well as six solutions to the problem.

An old macOS version is one of the main reasons why Opensea isn’t operating on Chrome. When using new browser versions, older software versions may sometimes create problems. If you’re having trouble using Opensea in Chrome on Windows, it might be due to an outdated operating system.

Browser extensions, an old Chrome version, or the cache and cookies may all cause Opensea to stop operating in Chrome.

An obsolete browser version may create difficulty with running later versions of the website, similar to how an outdated OS can cause issues with the smooth working of browsers installed. As a result, upgrading your browser should be the next item on your to-do list.

If the problem is with the browser, the developers may release an update to remedy it. Regardless, you should always make sure you have the most recent version of your browser installed to prevent problems that may be avoided.

Make sure you’re on the most recent update by going to chrome:/settings/help. If you aren’t, make sure you’re up to date and try again.

As previously said, browser addons sometimes interfere with the smooth operation of websites, which might be why Opensea isn’t working for you on Chrome.

Go to chrome:/extensions and disable all of your extensions to see whether the browser works properly again. If it occurs, turn them on one by one until Opensea is operating properly again.

To get Opensea to operate on Chrome, run the two extensions in separate browser sessions or deactivate the faulty one entirely.

A faulty DNS cache might occasionally send your browser to the incorrect website, resulting in an error. To check whether the problem is fixed, try emptying Chrome’s DNS cache.
